Warehouse Associate

Employment type: Full-time

Pay: $17 - $20/hour

Role overview

You’ll support daily warehouse operations by receiving shipments, organizing products, preparing orders, handling inventory movement, coordinating deliveries, and keeping the warehouse safe and efficient.

Day-to-day work

• Receive and unload incoming shipments.
• Verify shipment accuracy and inspect products for damage or defects.
• Organize and store products according to warehouse and safety standards.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Prepare shipping labels and coordinate deliveries or courier services as needed.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely if certified.
• Assist with inventory movement and material handling.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Report safety concerns to management.
• Work with team members to support daily operations.
• Drive a company vehicle with a flatbed trailer as needed.

Skills and requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
• Experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics is helpful.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment is helpful.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification preferred.
• Experience driving a truck and flatbed trailer preferred.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing preferred.

Physical requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 75 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the workday.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
