- Contribute as an active member of multidisciplinary project teams across creative, technical, and production workflows.
Rapid Prototyping
- Create rapid prototypes for concept validation, client pitches, discovery work, and early-stage creative exploration.
Creative Technology Implementation
- Collaborate with designers and animators to bring visual concepts to life through code.
- Build user interfaces, animation systems, generative graphics, and multi-device interactive systems.
Application Architecture
- Design resilient application architectures that can perform reliably under heavy use and close technical review.
Technical Planning and Estimation
- Participate in scoping and technical planning for new projects.
- Contribute to architecture decisions, technical approaches, and timeline estimates.
- Help balance creative goals, production needs, technical constraints, stability, and delivery timelines.
Experience Design Collaboration
- Help shape visitor and user experiences in collaboration with the design team.
- Research new technical approaches, interaction patterns, and creative technology methods.
- Raise technical concerns early and help non-technical stakeholders understand what is possible with technology and related UX patterns.
Operational Excellence
- Create tools, documentation, workflows, and process improvements that support the technology team and other internal teams.
Cross-Functional Communication
- Communicate clearly and regularly with internal teams, partner agencies, and clients.
- Support communication through presentations, diagrams, documentation, creative brainstorming sessions, and technical explanations.
Installation and Client Support
- Support on-site installations when required by a project.
- Participate in client-facing interactions, testing, deployment, installation support, and project troubleshooting as needed.
- Travel as needed for installation or project support.
Project Planning and Coordination
- Plan and communicate project needs to the broader team.
- Help identify requirements such as SaaS subscriptions, pricing, venue needs, power and internet requirements, installation logistics, and fabrication integration details when working with build partners.

- Agency, studio, or production company experience is strongly preferred.
- A portfolio that demonstrates creative and technical work across multiple mediums.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Interactive Media, Design, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Strong creative judgment and the ability to connect technical execution with visual, interactive, and experiential goals.
- Comfort working in a remote-first environment with teams primarily operating on Pacific and Mountain Time.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- Comfort with occasional travel, on-site installation work, and client-facing communication when project needs require it.
